We train employees learn how to communicate their professional identity and unique value in their roles through our research-backed methods. Trainings are customized for each team.

THE PROCESS

  • For groups of 5 to 35 individuals

  • 1 day or multi-day training, in person or virtual

  • Personalized PID roadmap and toolkit for each individual

  • Follow-on individual or small group coaching sessions

  • Monthly 1-hour integration sessions to reinforce learning
